中医微创加整脊治疗交感神经型颈椎病的研究

摘　　要：交感神经型颈椎病是发病率虽低，但确较难处理的一种疾病。我们近年来应用中医微创疗法结合中医整脊技术，对本病进了临床研究，结果取得满意疗效。材料与方法：本文介绍了符合诊断标准的交感神经型颈椎病36例，经用中医微创针刀疗法对病变部位的压痛点，横突后结节，小关节囊进行闭合性松解，然后应用中医整脊技术对病变椎体进行整脊复位，恢复颈椎的力平衡，使颈椎达到新的力学平衡，结果：治疗36例有效32例，有效率93％以上。结论：颈椎的劳损致颈椎肌肉产生异常运动，横式应力环境的改变，使颈屈发生改变，产生力学平衡失调，是产生交感神经颈椎病的主要原因。应用中医微创疗法加中医整脊技术，是治疗交感神经型颈椎病的一种简便有效的方法。the sympathetic cervical spondylopathy is a disease that has lower disease incidence but harder treating. We have been making the clinic research and have gained the desirable curative effects recent years with the microtrauma therapy and the plastic spinal technology of TCM. Material and method： taking 36 cases which conforming to the diagnosed standard of sympathetic cervical spondylopathy, do the closed relaxing to the points of tenderness of pathologic change, posterior transverse nodes, small joint capsules with microtraumatic needle-knife therapy of TCM, then make the plastic spine and reposition to the pyramids of pathologic change with the plastic spinal technology of TCM, recover the cervical balance of power ,make the cervical vertebrae achieve to the new balance of mechanics. Result： the 32 cases are effective, the effective incidence is above 93 percent. Conclusion： the cervical strain lead to the cervical muscles rising the abnormal movement, the change of transverse stress environment cause the change of cervical curve, thusly result to balance disorder of mechanics, it is the main reason of causing the sympathetic cervical spondylopathy.The microtrauma therapy of TCM combining with the plastic spinal technology of TCM is a simple, convenient, effective mehod.
