漯河地区5家医院合理用药国际指标调研

摘　　要：目的:了解漯河地区医院用药现状,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用世界卫生组织和合理用药国际网络制定的合理用药国际指标,选择漯河地区五家不同等级医院(A、B、C、D、E,其中A是漯河市中心医院,为三级医院;B是漯河市第二人民医院,C是漯河市第三人民医院,B、C为二级医院;D是源汇区人民医院,E是召陵区人民医院,D、E为一级医院)2009年1-5月门诊处方各500张,采取多中心、随机、平行试验方法,对合理用药指标进行统计分析。结果:主要处方指标中平均用药品种数2.55种,抗菌药物平均应用比率是32.8%,注射剂使用率是17.4%。患者关怀指标中,平均就诊时间是8.7min,平均药品调配时间是33s,实际药品调配率100%,药物标示完整率是93%,患者了解用药方法率95%。结论:抗菌药物使用率和注射剂使用率在不同级别的医院差别明显,三级医院明显低于一级医院,需要加强一级医院医务人员合理用药教育、管理、监督等干预措施。医生、药师对患者交流关怀有待进一步提高。Objective：To probe into the condition of rational drug use in 5 hospitals of Luohe and promote the level of rational drug use.Methods：A multi-center randomized parallel test was conducted in 5 different-grade hospitals in Luohe.Five hundred outpatient prescriptions were selected from January to May 2009 in each hospital,and the international indexes of rational drug use were analyzed statistically.Results：Indexes of prescriptions were as follows：the average varieties of drugs were 2.55 kinds,the percentage of antibiotics prescribed was 32.8% and that of injection was 17.4%.Indicators of patient care were as follows：the average treatment time was 8.7 minutes,the average dispensing time was 33 seconds,the percentage of drugs actually dispensed was 100%,the percentage of drugs actually labeled was 93%,the percentage of patients＇ knowledge of correct use of drugs was 95%.Conclusion：The percentages of antibiotics and injections used in tertiary hospital were obviously lower than that in the grade-one hospitals.Education and management of medical staffs in the grade-one hospitals for rational drug use should be strengthened.The care offered by doctor and pharmacist to the patients should be further improved.
