摘　　要：本文在阐述工业化和信息化融合基本含义的基础上，结合我国信息化与工业化发展的现状和特征，选取合适的指标来构建合理的两化融合发展水平评估体系，根据所构建的评估体系评估我国的两化融合发展水平，以期有效地测度我国两化融合程度，为我国两化融合发展指明方向。Based on describing the basic meaning of industrialization and informatization convergence, and considering China＇s development status and characteristics, the paper develops an indicators system and calculates an Industrialization-Informatization Convergence Index （IICI）, trying to find aneffective method to assess the development level of industrialization and informatization convergence, and provid reference for China＇s convergence development.
