百令胶囊对慢性肾炎蛋白尿治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊对慢性肾炎蛋白尿的治疗作用。方法选择2006年4月至2009年4月在我院治疗的60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组用百令胶囊,对照组不用胶囊,两组其他治疗方式相同,比较两组疗效和尿蛋白变化。结果治疗组总有效率86·7%,对照组总有效率56·7%,两组比较差异显著(P<0·05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;两组血浆白蛋白值和尿蛋白值治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0·05),但治疗组改变幅度更大,与对照组比较差异也具有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论百令胶囊治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿具有一定的临床效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule to treat chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods Select 60 chronic nephritis proteinuria patients that treated in our hospital from April 2006 to April 2009, randomly divided into treat group and control group, 30 cases each group, the treat group were treated with Bailing capsule and the control group treated with no Bailing capsule, compared their treat effect and proteinuria change.Results Total effect of the treat group was 867%, which of the control group was 567%,the difference had statistical significance（P005）, the treat group was better than the control group; the difference of plasma albumin and proteinuria in the two groups before and after treating was statistical significant（P005）, but the treat group changed much and had statistical significance compared with the control group（P005）.Conclusion it has good effect of using Bailing capsule to treat chronic nephritis proteinuria and can be widely used in clinic.
