混炼胶质量在线检测的数学模型研究

摘　　要：研究了如何寻找混炼胶质量指标与混炼过程可控参数之间的关系，从而建立了预测质量指标可塑度和分散度的数学模型。依据文中提供的建模方法可实现混炼胶质量在线自动检测。This paper had studied the approaches to finding relations between the quality characteristic index of mixing rubber and controllable parameters in mixing process, so that mathematical models of predicting quality index, including plasticity and diversity, were made. According to the method of modeling this paper offers, the on line test of quality of mixing rubber automaticly.
