摘 要:应用FRS-XRSA、SAXS、DMA等研究了涤纶短纤维在纺丝及后处理过程中的结晶、取向与超结构的形成与变化。并讨论了涤纶纤维在后加工过程中玻璃化温度(Tg)与纤维聚集态结构的关系。XRS结果指出,涤纶在纺丝与后处理过程中结晶分4步进行,且存在着“结构重整”现象,按两相模型考虑,晶区、非晶区均有重组。DMA结果表明,PET纤维在后加工过程中具有双重玻璃化转变,在晶区、非晶区之间还存在1个“过渡相”,其高温Tg(u)主要是由中介态(取向非晶)造成的。The formation and the change of crystallinity, orientation and super structure of PET fiber during the spinning process were investigated by mean of FRS XRSA, SAXS and DMA. The relation of the change of glassy transition temperature( T g) of PET fiber during the later spinning process with the multipe structure of PET fiber was also studied. The XRS result shows that the crystal of PET fiber during the spinning process if formed by four steps, and there is a phenomenon of structure reconstruction (both in crystal region and in amorphous region). The DMA result shows that PET fiber has double glassy transition. There is a transition phase between crystal region and amorphous region, and the hight temperature T g(u) is caused by this transition phase, which is a kind of orientation amorphous.
