摘　　要：农村股份合作制是20世纪80年初在中国农村经济体制改革过程中产生的,从三农经济、制度缺陷、法律政策支持和国外农业合作社发展的必然趋势等四个方面分析其成因,在此基础上,探讨了它的法律界定和特征,最后阐述其意义,指出农村股份合作制是中国农民继家庭联产承包责任制后的又一伟大创造,它极大地促进了生产力的发展,在中国农村地区得到了广泛地应用。The Rural Share CooPeration System（RSCS） rose during the economic system reform in the early 1980＇s.This paper analyzes the reason of the shareholding cooperation system form four specific areas,including three dimensional rural economy,the system flaw,the law and policy support and the inevitable trend of the foreign Agricultural co-operatives＇ developing.The entitlement and the signature of the shareholding cooperation system are also discussed.At last,it comes to a conclusion,the shareholding cooperation system has been one of the great pioneering undertakings besides the household contract responsibility system.It will promote the development of productive forces overwhelmingly.It has found wide applications in the rural area.
