中医药治疗手足口病48例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中医药治疗手足口病普通型的临床疗效.方法：采用中医分证论治手足口病,治疗组给予银翘散加减或甘露消毒丹加减治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林治疗及对症治疗.两组病例均治疗5天后观察临床疗效.结果：从两组治愈率和好转率比较,治疗组优于对照组（t=2.8070,P〈0.005）.结论：应用银翘散、甘露消毒丹加减治疗手足口病,未见明显不良反应,结果显示治疗组优于对照组.Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating common type of HFMD in TCM. Methods： To take differentiation in TCM to treat HFMD, patients in treatment group were treated with Yinqiao San or Ganlu Xiaodu pills, and in control group were treated with ribavirin and symptomatic treatment. Then observe the clinical effects of the two groups after 5 days. Results： To compare the cure and improvement rate, the treatment group had a significant effect （t=-2.8070, P〈0.005）. Conclusion： To treat HFMD with Yinqiao San or Ganlu Xiaodu pills has no significant adverse reactions, the treatment group has a significant effect.
