中药超微颗粒面膜治疗寻常性痉疮43例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察枇杷清肺饮超微颗粒剂面膜治疗寻常型痤疮肺经风热的临床疗效.方法：将83例寻常型座疮患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组40例.治疗组给予枇杷清肺饮超微颗粒剂面膜外敷,对照组枇杷清肺饮传统饮片粉剂面膜外敷.观察两组综合疗效、主要中医症候积分变化情况及皮肤不良反应.结果：治疗组与对照组比较,在综合疗效、主要症状积分变化差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）.结论：枇杷清肺饮超微颗粒剂面膜对寻常性痤疮肺经风热证疗效优于传统饮片粉剂.Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating acne vulgaris with wind and heat in the lung meridian by Pipa Qingfei decoction. Methods： 86 cases of ache vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group for 43caces and control group for 40cases. Patients in treatment group were treated with Pipa Qingfei decoction ultrafine particles mask, and the control group for Pipa Qingfei decoction powder, then observe the general effects of the two groups, the changes of integration in TCM symptoms and the adverse reactions of skin. Results： There was statistical significant in general effects and the changes of integration in TCM symptoms through comparing the two groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： There was a better effect on treating acne vulgaris with wind and heat in the lung meridian.
