摘　　要：颈椎病是指颈椎间盘退行性变及其继发性椎间关节退行性变,刺激或压迫颈神经根、颈部脊髓、椎动脉或交感神经,引起眩晕、肩臂痛或瘫痪及其他一系列综合症状为主要特征的疾病.该病可发生于任何年龄,但以40岁以上的中老年人为多,随着生活方式的现代化,该病有发病率高,治疗时间长、治疗后易复发等特点.中医认为颈椎病是因颈项部长期劳累,气血失和,加上外感风寒、阻滞经络所致.Nursing safety management is the core of hospital care management. In the Chinese medicine hospital nursing management work, how to enhance care and safety management, and better play to Chinese characteristics, improve the quality of care, which is the current Chinese medicine hospital nursing managers must ponder. This paper summarizes our hospital in recent years nursing experien- ce in safety management practices, including improved care rules and regulations, the establishment of quality control groups, to strengthen control over quality of care to protect the safety of drug use, improve the overall quality of nurses and increase ICU management and implementation of integrated Chinese and western medicine clinical nursing pathway, regulate nursing behavior, reflecting the Chinese medicine hospital care and safety management trends.
