摘　　要：本文根据降水预压加固饱和软土的原理，垃圾卫生填埋场软基的治理设计方法，主要包括：及建设期和运营期地下水的导排等内容。以一个工程设计为例，介绍了一种沿海滩涂地段场区垂直防渗围封、降水预压。This paper introduced a project case on dealing with the soft base when building a landfill on the coastal area according to the method of well-point preloading and dewatering to strengthen saturated soft soil.The engineering design included the vertical antiseepage cofferdam,well-point preloading and dewatering,structure of ,cofferdam as well as groundwater drainage during the period of construction and operation.
