摘 要:论述了液晶态芳香族聚苯唑的干喷湿纺纤维的纺丝工艺条件、热处理条件等对其力学性能的影响,并提出了几种有效的改善其抗压力学性能的途径,指出多数芳香族聚苯唑纤维的抗张强度高于3.1GPa,抗张模量高于200GPa,其中以聚对苯撑苯并二唑纤维性能最佳,其最高抗张强度和抗张模量分别可达6.The effects of spinning processing conditions and heat treatment on the mechanical property of dry\|jet wet\|spinning fibers from liquid crystalline solution of aromatic polybenzazoles were discussed based on a great deal of data. Several effective approaches of enhancing compressive mechanical property of the fibers were proposed. It was suggested that most of polybenzazole fibers have tensile strength higher than 3.1 GPa and tensile modulus higher than 200 GPa. Among the fibers, poly(p\|phenylene benzobisoxazole) fiber shows the highest fiber performance. The maximum tensile strength and modulus reach 6.9 GPa and 380 GPa respectively.
