摘　　要：介绍了高效液相色谱法在Ｓｉｌｉｃａ正相柱上，以石油醚＋乙醚作为流动相，紫外检测器对丙硫磷热雾剂进行定量检测。该方法的变异系数为１８９％，平均回收率为９９６８％。The quantitative analysis of prothiofos hot fogging concentrate by obverse-phase HPLC on silica column and using petroleum ether and ether as mobile phase was discribed in this paper.The results showe d that coefficient of variation was 1.89%.The average recovery was 99.68%.
