摘 要:目的研究放射线对放射工作人员肝、肾功能的影响。方法对1412名放射工作人员健康检查结果进行分析。结果不同放射工龄组间脂肪肝发病率、肾脏功能异常发生率、GGT(γ-谷氨酸转移酶)、ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)异常发生率差异显著。脂肪肝发病率、肾脏功能异常发生率峰值均分布在放射工龄30年以上。ALT对射线比较敏感,其异常发生率峰值分布在放射工龄前10年,而GGT其异常发生率峰值分布在放射工龄20~30年。结论肝及肾脏功能的异常发生率与放射工龄密切相关。Objective To investigate the effects of radioactive ray on liver and kidney functions in occupationally exposure workers.Methods The data of the physical check-up from 1412 radiation workers were analyzed.Results There were significant difference of the incidence rate of fatty liver and abnormity rate of kidney function,the level of serumGGT and ALT among workers of different length of service for radiation.On the distribution of working-age,the peak value of the fatty liver and unconventional kidney function was at 30 years.The level of serum ALT was a sensitive indicator to reflecting effects of radioactive ray,whose peak value was at 10 years,but the peak value of GGT was in 20-30 years.Conclusion Long-time occupationally exposed to radioactive ray has harmful effects on liver and kidney function and the side effects are correlated with length of service exposed to radiation.
