摘　　要：目的:分离、鉴定洋金花提取物中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、ODS开放柱和制备液相等色谱方法分离,并通过NMR和MS等谱学技术确定结构。结果与结论:从提取物中分离得到5个酚酸类化合物,分别为托品酸甲酯(1),托品酸(2),苯甲酸甲酯(3),4-羟基苯乙酮(4),3,4-二羟基甲苯(5)。To investigate the chemical constituents of the extract from.The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods（silica gel,ODS and HPLC column chromatography） and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data（NMR and MS）.Five compounds were obtained and elucidated as following： methyl-3-hydroxy-2-phenyl propionic acid（1）,tropic acid（2）,methyl benzoate（3）,4-hydroxyacetophenone（4）,3,4-dihydroxytoluene（5）.
