大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对幽门结扎型、醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒热证模型大鼠血清NO、ET含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门结扎型及醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒热证模型的形成机制及寒热方剂对胃溃疡寒热证模型的基本作用机理和方证相应的客观规律。方法:采用寒热因素结合幽门结扎、醋酸涂抹法,分别建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证模型,采用硝酸还原酶法及酶联免疫法检测受试大鼠血清中NO、ET的含量。结果:NO在幽门结扎、醋酸涂抹型溃疡寒证中含量降低,而在热证中含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。大黄黄连泻心汤可显著降低热性溃疡组大鼠血清NO的含量,理中丸可显著升高寒性溃疡组大鼠血清NO的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。ET在幽门结扎和醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒热证中含量升高,但寒证组明显高于热证组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸能分别降低热、寒证组ET含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过"方证相应"理论验证了"病证结合"的胃溃疡寒热模型复制成功,大黄黄连泻心汤对热性胃溃疡、理中丸对寒性胃溃疡的治疗作用,可通过改变大鼠血清中NO和ET的含量而实现。Objective： To explore the forming mechanism of gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus ligation or ligation smearing acetic acid combined with cold or heat syndrome.And to observe the basic mechanism of action and objective regularity of ＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂of cold or heat formula on gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome.Methods： Adopt cold or heat factors combined with pylorus ligation or smearing acetic acid methods to establish gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.Use nitrate reductase and enzyme linked immunoassay to detect the NO、ET contents in serum.Results： Compared with the blank group,the contents of NO decrease in gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus ligation or smearing acetic acid combined with cold syndrome.Inversely,the contents of NO increase remarkably in gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus ligation or smearing acetic acid combined with heat syndrome.（P 0.05 或 P 0.01） Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction can decrease the contents of NO of heat-ulcer group obviously.Lizhong Pill can increase the contents of NO of cold-ulcer group strikingly.（P 0.05 or P 0.01）Compared with the blank group,the contents of ET increase in gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus ligation or smearing acetic acid combined with cold or heat syndrome.But the contents of ET in cold syndrome is higher than that in heat syndrome.（P 0.05 or P 0.01） Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction and Lizhong Pill can decrease the contents of ET in cold or heat syndrome-ulcer group respectively.（P 0.05 or P 0.01）Conclusions： On the basis of the theory of＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂,it verified the success of dupli-cating＂diseasesyndrome combination model＂,which is gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat-gastric ulcer,and Lizhong Pill on cold-gastric ulcer can both be achieved by influencing the contents of NO or ET.
