优生宁Ⅲ号方治疗120例先兆流产临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察优生宁Ⅲ号方对120例先兆流产肾虚型患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组62例,对照组58例,分别予优生宁Ⅲ号方联合绒毛膜促性腺激素与绒毛膜促性腺激素,20天后观察疗效。结果:治疗组62例,治愈17例,好转38例,无效7例,有效率88.71%;对照组58例,治愈12例,好转31例,无效15例,有效率74.14%。结论:优生宁Ⅲ号方显著改善先兆流产临床症状,提高机体内β-HCG、P水平,改善内环境,从而维持正常妊娠的继续。Objective： To analyze the effect of 120 kidney deficiency threatened abortion patients in treatment with Youshengning NO.3.Methods： 120 patients were divided into 2 groups,treatment group 62 cases were treated with Youshengning NO.3 and HCG,control group 58 cases were treated with HCG,the treatment lasted 20 days.Results： Treatment group 17 cured,38 improved,7 failed,the effective rate was 88.71%;Control group 12 cured,31 improved,15 failed,the effective rate was 74.14%.Conclusion： This side can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and increase the levels of β-HCG and P in the body,provide a good internal environment for a normal pregnancy to continue.
