摘  要:目的:比较分析满山红油HPLC指纹特征,为满山红油的质量控制提供基础性研究资料。方法:采用Hypersil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:210nm,测定了19批不同来源满山红油的HPLC-UV指纹图谱。用化学计量学的聚类分析和主成分分析方法结合相似度,比较分析全息指纹特征。结果:不同批次的满山红油按其指纹特征可分成两类。结论:牻牛儿酮峰对满山红油指纹特征类别的划分与指纹特征的相关性影响极大。Objective: Comparative analysis of chromatographic fingerprint of Farrerol Rhododendri daurici in order to provide basis research material for the quality control of the volatile oil.Methods: 19 batches of samples were detected at 210 nm and separated on a Hypersil C18 column with a gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.01mL.min-1.The multi-data fingerprint was analyzed by the two Chemometrics methods,cluster analysis and principal components analysis,combined with similarity.Result: The study showed that the samples can be divided to into two classes according to the HPLC profiles.Conclusion: The classification and similarity of chromatographic fingerprint were obviously affected by the germacrone peak in the chromatogram of Farrerol Rhododendri daurici.
