壮医药线点灸联合西药治疗术后膀胱过度活动症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价壮医药线点灸联合小剂量酒石酸托特罗定片对经尿道前列腺电切术(TUPR)后膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的有效性和安全性。方法:40例TUPR后出现OAB患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20人,年龄、病程对比无明显差异(P>0.01),分别采用壮医药线点灸联合小剂量酒石酸托特罗定片、单纯口服酒石酸托特罗定片治疗。收集治疗前后各个患者3d总排尿次数、平均每天排尿次数,平均每次尿量及3d尿失禁总次数、平均每天尿失禁次数并进行评估。结果:各组治疗前后疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组与对照组之间的有效性指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组总不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸在治疗TUPR后OAB方面有效,能减少患者口服酒石酸托特罗定片的剂量,降低单纯口服酒石酸托特罗定片的不良反应发生率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the thread moxibustion therapy of Zhuang Medicine and small dose tolterodine tartrate tablets in treatment of patients with Overactive Bladder（OAB）.Methods Forty-patients with OAB after TUPR were divided into two groups randomly,20 patients in each group.There were no significant difference in age and course of disease（P 0.05）.The testing group were respectively treated by the thread moxibustion therapy of Zhuang Medicine and taking small dose tolterodine tartrate tablets,taking tolterodine tartrate tablets singly.The data of each patients we collected and analysed before and after the treatment which included micturition frequency in 3 days the average daily frequency of micturition,the average volume and the total incontinence frequency in 3 days.Results： Each groud＇s data had significant difference before and after treatment（P 0.05）.There wasn＇t significantly different between the testing group and the control group in the case of efficacy.But there was significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The thread moxibustion therapy of Zhuang Medicine is effective in the treatment of patients with Overactive Bladder（OAB） after transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）.but acupuncture has a lower adverse reaction rate.And it can help to reduce the incidence of drugs adverse reactions which take tolterodine tartrate tablets singly.
