摘 要:为正确评价珙桐林土壤酶活性对土壤有机质的影响程度,运用通径分析的方法研究了绵竹白云山原始珙桐林土壤有机质与酶活性的关系.结果表明,脲酶活性对土壤有机质的直接通径系数和决定系数值均较大,成为5种土壤酶中影响土壤有机质的最主要因素,过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和蛋白酶对土壤有机质的显著相关性主要是通过脲酶活性的间接影响.因此,珙桐林土壤脲酶活性可以表征土壤有机质的含量状况,可作为评价土壤肥力的一个重要指标.In order to well understand the effect of soil enzyme activity on soil organic matters, the relationship between soil organic matters and soil enzyme activities of the Davidia involucrate virgin forest on Mt. Baiyun in Mianzhu, Sichuan, China was studied through path analysis. The results showed that urease activity with the maximum of path coefficient and determinative coefficient was the main factor of five soil enzymes affecting soil organic matters. Catalase, acid phosphatase and protease possessing significant correlation with soil organic matters were mainly the indirect factors affecting through urease activity. So the soil urease activity of the D. involucrate virgin forest could characterize the content status of organic matters and be used as an important index of soil fertility. Fig 1, Tab 4, Ref 21
