摘 要:常规电磁波电阻率测井仪器距钻头较远,不能及时发现钻头钻出储层,导致油田薄层砂岩钻遇率低,开展近钻头电磁波电阻率测井技术研究,对仪器壳体结构进行创新设计和电路小型化、低功耗等设计.现场应用结果表明,该仪器设计合理、工作可靠、测量精度高.与普通电磁波电阻率测井方法相比,不仅受泥浆侵入影响小,测井曲线分辨率高,而且更有利于水平井的地质导向钻井,为水平井尤其是薄层水平井的开发提供了可靠的技术保障.The ratio of drilling thin sandstone is low because the measurement point of conventional electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument to bit's distance is far and the bit is outside the reserves which is not found in time.The study of electromagnetic wave logging technology near-bit is carried out,which includes the innovative design of instrument casing construction and the design of miniaturization and low exploit electro circuit.The instrument was tested in oilfields,the test result indicated that the instrument design is rational,the operation is dependable,the measurement data is accurate,and the precision is high.Compared with conventional electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument,the electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument near-bit is not only affected lightly by the mud invading and the resolving ratio of logging curve is higher,but also the geosteering drilling for the horizontal well was more beneficial.It provides the reliable technology guaranty for the exploitation of the horizontal wells,especially the thin sandstone horizontal wells.
