摘　　要：目的:探讨肘关节X线测量在小儿单纯桡骨小头半脱位诊断中的价值。材料与方法:分析30例正常小儿的肘关节X线表现及30例小儿肘关节半脱位的X线表现。X线测量方法:桡骨纵轴线与肱骨小头骨骺中心的关系。结果:30例正常患儿肘关节采用标准投照体位,测量肘关节桡骨干纵轴线在正位和侧位片上均通过肱骨小头骨骺中心点,30例有肘关节外伤史患儿肘关节桡骨干纵轴线在正位和侧位片上均不同程度偏离肱骨小头骨骺中心点。结论:患儿肘关节的X线测量,其桡骨中轴线偏离肱骨小头骨骺中心点,为诊断小儿单纯桡骨小头半脱位的重要X线征象。Purpose：To investigate the X-ray measurement of the elbow joint in children with simple radial head subluxation diagnosis.Materials and Methods：Analysis of 30 cases of normal children of the elbow joint X-ray findings and 30 cases of pediatric elbow subluxation of X-ray measurements：radial axis line and a small humeral head epiphysis center relationship.Results：30 cases of normal in children with elbow：use of standard radiographic position,measure the backbone of the elbow radial axis line on both anteroposterior and lateral view through the center of humeral epiphysis small head,30 cases had history of trauma in children with elbow elbow radial shaft axis line on the anteroposterior and lateral films were varying degrees of departure from the focal point capitellar epiphysis.Conclusion：Therefore,the measurement of the elbow joint in children with X-ray measurements,the radial axis deviation Capitellar focal point for the diagnosis of childhood pure radial head subluxation of the important X-ray findings.
