摘 要:以金莲花中黄酮提取量为考察指标,研究以体积分数50%的乙醇溶液为提取剂,超声波辅助提取金莲花总黄酮的传质动力学过程。根据质量平衡方程,利用实验测得的提取过程中的重要动力学和热力学参数,建立了金莲花黄酮超声波提取的动力学模型。结果表明:金莲花黄酮超声波提取过程为准一级反应,所建立的动力学模型能较好地描述金莲花黄酮的超声波提取过程。Regarding the extracting amount of flavonoids from Trollius Chinensis Bunge as the index of investigation,and taking ethanol solution with volume fraction 50% as the extraction agent,the ultrasonic-assisted kinetics process for extraction of flavonoids from Trollius Chinensis Bunge was studied.Based on the mass equilibrium equation and the key kinetics and thermodynamics parameters obtained in the extraction,the kinetic model for the extraction process was established.The results show that the process of flavonoids in Trollius Chinensis Bunge is the pseudo-first-order reaction and the established kinetic model can well describe the extraction process of flavonoids from Trollius Chinensis Bunge.This kinetic model provides the valuable theoretical basis for operation condition and process design of ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of flavonoids from Trollius Chinensis Bunge.
