摘　　要：本文全面地介绍了接入网的标准化进展，技术发展方向，接入网在我国发展的现状，并指出在接入网建设中存在的一些问题，最后就我国接入网的发展建设提出了若干意见。This paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the development backgrounds,standardization progress and the development trend of access network. The test applications and some problems on construction of AN are briefly described. Finally, the paper concludes with some proposals on the development of AN in China.
