摘　　要：一段转化炉辐射段设置有高压蒸汽过热盘管、混合原料气预热盘管、工艺空气预热盘管等六组盘管回收余热,盘管之间空间狭窄,盘管与集气管管座焊缝一旦出现泄漏,带压堵漏是个难题。本文介绍铰链式堵漏夹具及其成功应用。There are six groups of such coils as HP steam superheat coils, mixed feed gas pre-heat coils and process air pre-heat coils installed at the radiation section of primary reformer to recover excess heat, as the space between coils being narrow and once a leakage occurred on the weld of coil to the collecting pipe socket, to plug under certain pressure is a difficult problem. This article introduces both the hinged plugging clamps and its successful application.
