摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对浙江省排球竞技后备人才的培养现状进行了研究.结果表明,浙江省排球竞技后备人才分布主要集中在宁波、温州、杭州等经济发达的地区;后备人才弹跳能力较差,参赛的机会少;教练员教学经验丰富,选材的科学化水平不高,训练经费不足.Based on documents and data,investigate of questionnaire,studied on the current situation of volleyball reserve talents in Zhejiang province.The research show that reserve talents of competitive volleyball athletes mainly concentrate economically developed areas,such as Ningbo,Wenzhou,Hangzhou.Their bounce ability is poor,and have less opportunity for competition.coaches have rich experience in teaching.scientific level of choosing players is not high and the training funds is shortage.
