中国城市群的协调机理与协调模型

摘　　要：借鉴系统论、协同论和控制论等理论方法,从协调目标、协调动力、协调主客体、协调效应等4个方面论述了中国城市群系统的协调发展机理,提出了纠偏效应这一新的理论论点.在此基础上,构建了城市群系统的一般协调关系模型,并结合中国城市群的发展特点,分别构建了主要针对发达地区城市群的治理式协调模型和主要针对欠发达地区城市群的预防式协调模型.By using the theories of systemism, synergetics, and cybernetics, the coordination development mechanism of urban agglomerations system is analyzed and discussed in four aspects including objects of coordination, motive force of coordination, the active and passive factors of coordination, and effect of coordination. Effect of coordination consisting of synergic effect and cybernetic effect is put forward as a new theory viewpoint. The general coordination development relation model of urban agglomerations system is designed. On the basis of the real features of Chinese urban agglomerations, a remedial coordination model mainly for the developed urban agglomerations and a preventive coordination model mainly for the developing urban agglomerations are suggested.
