摘  要:在煤矿中,有不少井底车场与井筒连接处(马头门)发生了破坏,严重影响了煤矿生产的安全。查阅了20个煤矿马头门破坏实例,从埋藏深度、井筒类别、破坏时间、破坏形态、地质特征等方面对其规律性进行了总结分析,从地质条件、设计和施工三个方面对其破坏原因进行了探讨,对所使用修复加固方法进行了归纳。最后从设计和施工两个方面提出了预防对策。研究认为,马头门的破坏与矿井的埋深关系不大,最主要的还是地质条件问题;水是马头门的大患,必须加强水的综合治理。只要思想上重视,在设计和施工上加强预测、预防,马头门的破坏是可以避免的。Many joints of shaft bottoms and shafts(horseheads)were failed in coalmines,which affected seriously the safe production of coalmines.The failure examples of more than 30horseheads were studied,their failure rules,such as working depth,shaft types,failure times,failure patters and geological conditions were summarized and analyzed,the failure reasons were discussed in three aspects,such as geological conditions,mine design and construction,and the repairing and reinforcing methods were summed up.Finally,some preventive countermeasures from two aspects of design and construction were proposed.The author believes that the failures of horseheads are few with working depth but geological conditions are uppermost,water is great trouble for the safety of horseheads,so,it must be treated comprehensively.
