摘　　要：通过控制参与解码的位平面数量相对值来控制相对质量和位平面重排的思路,提出了一种位平面段移动法来实现一定深度值图像的ROI(感兴趣区域)编码的方法,从而避免了因直接控制ROI和背景相对质量的方法导致计算方法过于复杂、计算量太大的问题。实验结果表明采用位平面段移动法可以解码任意形状的ROI而不需要编码端提供任何形状信息。能够通过控制LR/LB的值较好地控制不同码率下解码图像的ROI和背景的相对质量。This article puts forward an idea to control the relative quality and bit-plane rearrangement by controlling the relative value of bits plane number in decoding. A method of bit-plane segment moving is given to achieve the ROI encoding method that with certain depth value images so as to avoid the problems of making complex and large quantity calculation by directly controlling the ROI and background relative quality.Experiment results show this article uses the move method of bit-plane can decode an arbitrary shape of ROI without any shape information provided from coding part.The image of ROI and the relative quality of background in different bit rate can be controlled better by controlling the value of LR/LB.
