冷盐水漱口对乳腺癌化疗所致口腔炎预防效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察冷盐水含漱对乳腺癌患者化疗所致口腔炎的预防效果。方法2008年5月至2009年8月,将157例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为甲、乙、丙3组,甲组53例化疗开始后用冷盐水含漱,乙组50例化疗开始后用新唑漱口液含漱,丙组54例不附加其它处理,治疗一周后观察3组患者的口腔炎发生率及口腔炎构成。结果甲、乙、丙3组口腔炎发生率分别为5.66%,18.0%,25.93%;甲、乙两组比较χ2=3.85,P<0.05;乙、丙两组比较χ2=1.95,P>0.05;甲、丙两组比较χ2=8.22,P<0.01。结论冷盐水含漱能更有效地预防口腔炎的发生。Objective To observe of the preventive effect of the cold saline gargling to chemotherapy-induced stomatitis for patients with breast cancer.Methods 157 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into groups A,B,C.In group A,after the start of chemotherapy,53 cases gargled with cold saline.In group B,after the start of the chemotherapy,50 cases gargled with xinzuo gargle.In group C,54 cases had no additional other treatment.All patients were observed after one week for incidence and composition of stomatitis.Results The incidence of stomatitis in group A,B,C were 5.66%,18.0%,25.93% respectively.The comparision between group A and group B：χ2=3.85,P0.05,the comparision between group B and group C：χ2=1.95,P0.05,and the comparision between group A and group C：χ2=8.22,P0.01.Conclusion Cold saline gargling would more effectively prevent the occurrence of stomatitis.
