摘  要:目的:考察4种长柄石杉中石杉碱甲的提取工艺,选择出最适宜提取工艺和工艺条件。方法:以石杉碱甲得率为考察指标,分别优化了酸浸取、微波协助酸浸取、超声协助酸浸取、索氏提取4种提取工艺,并对4种提取工艺进行综合比较。结果:石杉碱甲的最适宜提取工艺为超声协助酸浸取工艺,该工艺最佳提取条件为:采用1.5%酒石酸为浸泡剂,固液比为20,浸泡时间24h后超声10min。结论:采用该提取工艺测得三明两地长柄石杉中石杉碱甲的含量分别为:0.0458%,0.0369%,加标回收率在97.6%~103.6%之间,RSD(n=6)在0.53%~1.69%之间。该工艺方法可行,且简便、快捷、重现性好。Purpose To select the most appropriate extraction process and processing conditions of Huperzine A extraction based on the preliminary studies of four extraction process.Methods Extraction process were optimized by acid leaching,microwave assisted acid leaching,ultrasonic assisted acid leaching and Soxhlet extraction with the yield indexes of Huperzine A as a standard and a synthetical comparison among these four extraction process was given.Results The results showed that the most appropriate extraction process was ultrasonic assisted acid leaching and the optimum extracting process was as following:using 1.5% tartaric acid to douse the Huperzine A for 24 h at tartaric acid Huperzine A ratio(w/v) of 20:1,conducting ultrasonic-assistant extraction for 10 min.Conclusion The content of Huperzine A from two places is 0.0458% and 0.0369% respectively.The recovery of standard addition was 97.6%~103.6 %,the relative standard deviation(n=6) was 0.53%~1.69%.This method is feasible,simple,quick,and with good reproducibility.
