培育民主党派工作优势特色的主要着力点——基于福建成功经验的理论反思

摘　　要：实现民主党派工作科学化,在探索和发掘自己优势的基础上创造自己的特色。总结已有的成功经验,当前培育民主党派工作的优势特色,一是要吃透中央精神,二是要摸准自身实际,三是要注重创新发展,四是要认真发掘优势,五是要着力培育特色。To achieve the democratic parties＇ work scientifically, its own characteristic is need to be created on the foundation of questing and exploring oneself superiority. The existing successful experience is summarized on the superiority characteristic of the Democratic parties work： firstly, to understand thoroughly the central spirit; secondly, to trace own actual situation; thirdly, to pay great attention to innovate the development; fourthly, to explore the superiority earnestly; fifthly, to try to cultivate the characteristic.
