摘　　要：邓小平十分重视人才问题,在领导我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的伟大实践中,提出了他独具特色的人才观。他认为人才问题是国家战略问题,要创造尊重知识、尊重人才的社会环境,并提出"四有"的人才标准,主张大力发展科学和教育,不拘一格选人才并要建立合理的人才选拔和任用制度。他的这种人才观是推动中国社会发展的宝贵财富,为我国人才思想理论体系的形成指明了方向。The talent issue is the major issue that is related to the strength of the rise and fall of a country and nation.Deng Xiaoping attached great importance to the problem of talent and leadership of China＇s reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction in the great practice,having posed a unique talent on China＇s social development which has a great contribution to the development of China.Facing the new century,the opportunities and challenges,in order to better promote China＇s social development,our Party has enriched and developed Deng Xiaoping＇s talented person theory further,before the new period have formed a entire talented person thought theory system step by step.
