摘　　要：进入90年代以来,信息安全已成为各国十分重视的国家安全问题。本文作者在“信息安全”的基础上率先提出了“信息边界安全”的全新概念,并对信息边界最易受攻击的“主要区段”以及我国应采取的对策作了介绍。Since the advent of the 1990's, information security has become an important issue concerning the state safety in various countries. The brand new concept of Information Boundary Security is coined by the authors based on the information security. The most vulnerable segments of the information boundaries and the measures ought to be taken by China are presented .
