摘  要:当代大学生成长于商业和媒体繁荣的时代,享有社会改革所带来的优裕教育资源,同时也承担了前所未有的竞争压力。该群体对自身的形象判断比较复杂,对成长目标有清晰的认识,但是对理想实现的途径感到迷惘与压力重重。高等教育工作者要从"后喻时代"的教育环境出发,改进教育手段和内容,提高教育水平,调整大学生的自我认知,为他们的成长、成才打下坚实基础。The contemporary undergraduates grow up in the prosperous era of business and media.They enjoy abundant educational resources brought by social reforms and bear the unprecedented competitive pressures;They have complex evaluation of their image and clear knowledge of their growing objectives,but they are lost during the way of realizing dream and have heavy psychological pressure.Workers in higher education institutes should work from the educational environment of "Post-Yu Era",improve the educational methods,content and educational standard,and adjust self-perception of university undergraduates to lay a solid foundation for their growth whom would become talents.
