福建畲族人群高血压患病率的调查研究及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解畲族人群的高血压患病情况及其流行特征，分析有关危险因素，为畲族人群制定高血压病的预防与控制提供依据。方法利用随机数字表采取整群抽样的方法，抽取样本5350名畲族人群进行问卷调查，并测量体重、身高、血压等指标，用SPSS软件建立数据库并用X2检验统计分析。结果高血压的患病数为1931例，患病率为36．09％，新诊断数为1374例，占总患病数的71．15％。年龄、文化程度、体重指数、食盐摄入量是畲族人群高血压患病的主要危险因素。吸烟与高血压患病率无统计学意义。其中60岁以上人群患病率为63．10％，日食盐量8g一患病率高于6g以下或6g～。结论福建畲族人群高血压的患病情况严重，与畲族人群生活习惯及对高血压病的了解与认识不足有着密切的关系。对于畲族人群的高血压的预防与控制势在必行，需加强高血压知识的宣教，提高畲族人群高血压病预防与治疗的意识。Objective To study the prevalence of hypertension in She Chinese population of Fujian province and its epidemiological characteristics. Methods Using random sampling method to take advantage of number table ,we select a sample of 5350 people who were conducted a questionnaire survey and measured weight, height, blood pressure and other indicators. Results The prevalence of hypertension in She Chinese population of Fujian province was 36. 09% , including undiagnosed number of 1374 cases. The main risk factors of hypertension were age, the level of education, BMI, saltintake. Smoking was not significant with hypertension. The prevalence rate of hypertension among people over 60 years was 63.10% , people comsumed above 8 grams of salt per day had higher pervalence than that in the goup which comsumed below 6 grams or between 6 grams to 8 grams of salt per day. Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension in She had grown rapidly. The She Chinese population should change their lifestyle and hypertension education should perform in this population.
