摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对胎儿磁共振成像质量的影响。方法:对260例怀疑胎儿有异常的孕妇行1.5T磁共振检查,随机分为有护理干预组160例和无护理干预组100例;观察两组有无检查终止和身体移动,有无呼吸伪影并对图像质量进行评价。结果:有护理干预组较无护理干预组呼吸伪影少且图像质量优,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对胎儿MR检查的图像质量有着重要影响。Objective： To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the image quality of fetal magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）.Methods： 260 pregnant women with suspected fetal abnormalities underwent the examination by 1.5T MRI unit and they were randomly divided into nursing intervention group（n=160） and non-nursing intervention group（n=100）.The termination of the examination,body movement and breathing artifact were checked and identified and image quality was evaluated in both groups.Results： The breathing artifact was less and image quality was better in the nursing intervention group than that in the non-nursing intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant（n〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention has an important impact on the image quality in fetal MRI examination
