摘　　要：在建设和谐社会的过程中,新闻舆论监督发挥着越来越重要的作用。新闻舆论监督要把握好"度",做到在总体上保持平衡适度;在选题和报道上掌握分寸;把握舆论监督的原则即坚守职责。合理地、科学地把握新闻舆论监督的"度",有利于新闻媒体正确履行其社会职责,充分发挥舆论监督功能,推动和谐社会的发展。The press supervision plays an important role and has more and more effect in the process of building a compatible society. In specific practice the degree of the press supervision isn＇t grasped properly. In order to grasp the degree of the press supervision well,mainly keep balance in general,control proportion on subjects and reports,and grasp the principle of correctly dealing with the press supervision to keep to responsibility in the paper. Grasp the degree of the press supervision rationally and scientifically. It is good for the media to fulfil social obligations correctly,develop the function of the press supervision fully,push forward the development of compatible society.
