摘　　要：长三角高校联动发展的目的在于多出人才、多出成果,为长三角区域经济发展提供有力支撑。这不仅是长三角经济社会发展的客观需要,也是长三角地区高等教育自身发展的内在需求。实现长三角地区高校联动发展,一是政府要为长三角高校联动发展提供制度保障,二是要统筹规划长三角高校联动发展,三是建立公平的奖罚考评激励机制,四是要建立长三角联动发展的公共服务平台。In order to accelerate the linkage development of high schools in Yangtze River Delta and build the power system fitting in with the linkage development of high schools in Yangtze River Delta,the essay expounds the motive connotation of high schools in Yangtze River Delta basing behavioral science and psychology.The essays also analyses the motive of high schools in Yangtze River Delta and puts forward measures accelerating the linkage development of high schools in Yangtze River Delta in Perspective of the Yangtze River Delta’s economic integration requiring objectively for the linkage development of high schools,the school level＇s improvement of high schools in Yangtze River Delta and historical mission shouldered by high education of Yangtze River Delta.
