摘　　要：评价各种疾病引起 的容量和压力负荷过重对右心功能的影响程度,对估计患者的预后和评价临床治疗效果有重要意义。超声心动图作为一种无创性的检查,历来是心功能评价的一项重要手段。但由于右心室是不规则的新月型结构,且具有一个相对独立的流出道,难以进行标准的几何学模型假设,因此,以往用二维超声心动图评价右心功能被认为是一项极其困难的工作。近年来随着计算机技术的发展,超声心动图评价右心功能有了许多新的进展,作者就超声多普勒技术测定右室收缩时间间期、二维超声心动图和三维重建超声显像测定右心室容积和心肌游离壁质量等方面的价值作了简要综述。In order to evaluate the prognosis of the patients and determinate the clinical therapeutic effect, assessment of the effect of the right ventricular function due to volume overload and pressure overload has very importam significance. Echocardiography is a non -invasive method to assess car-diac function. Because 1he right ventricle is an irregular crescent construct with an inde-pendent out-flow tract, it is difficuit to get an accurate geometric assumption. The assessment of right ventricular function by two -dimentional echocardiography was rec-ognized as a quite difficuit work. There is much progresses m the echocardiographic validation for right ventricular function follow-ing with the computer technologic improve-ment in recent years. This article reviewed the new application of echocardiography in the assessment of right ventriclar funtion, in-cluding Doppler determination of right ventri-cle systolic time interval, the measurement of right ventricular volume and mass by two -dimentional echocardiography and three-dimentional reconstruction echocar-
