摘 要:[目的]探索适合于天麻DNA的提取方法。[方法]采用3种方法提取天麻DNA,测定提取的天麻DNA纯度与产量,并对其扩增产物进行电泳分析。[结果]改进的CTAB法提取的天麻DNA产量和纯度均较高,扩增产物的电泳条带也较明显。[结论]改进的CTAB法较适合用于天麻DNA的提取。[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the suitable extraction method for DNA from Gastrodia elata Blume. [ Method] Three extraction "methods were used to extract the Gastrodia elata Blume DNA,the yield and purity of DNA were determined,then the amplified products were analyzed by electrophoresis. [ResuhJ The yield'and purity of DNA extracted from Gastrodia elata Blume with improved CTAB method were highest, and the electrophoretic bands of amplified products were obvious. [ Conclusion ] The improved CTAB method is suitable for extracting the DNA from Gastrodia elata Blume.
