摘  要:[目的]研究超声辅助纳米TiO2光催化处理对川西獐牙菜种子萌发的影响。[方法]采用超声辅助纳米TiO2光催化处理川西獐牙菜种子,比较不同超声时间(15、30、45、60、75、90min)和超声强度(120、150、180、210、240、270、300W)处理种子发芽势和发芽率的差异。[结果]超声功率为210W、超声时间为30~60min或超声时间为45min、超声功率为210~240W时,超声辅助纳米TiO2光催化对川西獐牙菜种子萌发均具有明显的促进作用,其中超声功率为210W,超声时间为45min的处理效果最好。[结论]一定强度和作用时间的超声波辅助TiO2光催化处理可明显促进川西獐牙菜种子萌发。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effect of ultrasound-assisted nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis on seed germination of Swertia mussotii Franch. [ Method ] The S. mussotii seeds were treated by ultrasound-assisted nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis. The differences of seed germination potential and germination rate in treatments with different ultrasonic time (15,30,45,60,75,90 min) and ultrasound intensity ( 120,150,180,210,240,270,300 W) were compared. [ Results] The ultrasound-assisted nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis had obvious promotion on seed germination of S. mussotii when ultrasonic power was 210 W,uhrasonic time was 30 - 60 min or ultrasonic time was 45 min,ultrasonic power was 210 - 240 W. And the treatment effect was the best when ultrasonic power was 210 W and ultrasonic time was 45 min. [ Conclusion] The treatment of ultrasonic with certain intensity and time assisted nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis could obviously promote the Seed germination of S. mussotii.
