摘 要:[目的]研究蓝萼香茶菜叶和茎乙醇提取物的抑菌活性。[方法]通过生长速率法和滤纸片法,分别测定蓝萼香茶菜叶和茎乙醇提取物对2株蝴蝶兰茎腐病疑似病原镰刀菌的EC50和对3株细菌的抑菌效果。[结果]在0~50mg/ml的较低浓度时,叶和茎乙醇提取物的抑菌效果均不显著;在50~200mg/ml的较高浓度时,叶提取物对G^+菌枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有较强抑菌活性,而茎提取物对二者仅具有微弱的抑菌效果,叶和茎提取物对G^-菌大肠杆菌均无抑菌效果。蓝萼香茶菜叶和茎提取物对2种疑似病原镰刀菌M14和M5均具有一定的抑制效果,对M4、M5的EC50值分别为22.72、18.27mg/ml和43.33、42.57mg/ml。[结论]蓝萼香茶菜叶和茎提取物对革兰氏阳性菌具有较好的抑菌作用,对革兰氏阴性菌无抑菌作用,而对镰刀菌则有较强的抑菌效果,这对更好开发和利用该天然药物具有一定的参考价值。[ Objective ] To study the bacteriostatic activity of the ethanol extraction of Isodon japonica ( Burm. f. ) Haravar. glaucocalyx( Maxim. ) Hara stem and leaf. [ Method ] The filter paper assay and the growth rate method were respectively applied against determine the inhibition effect of ethanol extraction of Isodon japonica ( Burm. f. ) Haravar. Glaucocalyx ( Maxim. ) Hara stem and leaf against the three kinds of bacteria and the relative inhibition rate and EC50 of the extraction of stem and leaf against M4, M5 of Fusarium species of suspect pathogen of phalacnopsis sp. root stem disease. [ Result] The result showed that the inhibition effects of the ethanol extractions of stem and leaf were not obvious at the lower concentration of 0- 50 mg/ml. At the higher concentration of 50 -200 mg/ml,the ethanol extractions of leaf got a stronger inhibition effects on Gram-positive bacteria-Bacillus subtili and Staph-ylococcus aureus, but the ethanol extractions of stem only got a weaker effect inhibition effects on them ; the ethanol extractions of stem and leaf got no inhibition effects to Gram-negative bacteria-Escherichia coli. The EC50 values were 22.72,18.27 mg/ml and 43.32,42.57 mg/ml of the extraction of leaf and stem M4 and M5. [ Conclusion] The extraction of lsodon japonica ( Burro. L ) Haravar. Glaucocalyx ( Maxim. ) Hara stem and leaf showed better inhibition effects to Gram-positive bacteria, while no inhibition activity to Gram-negative bacteria, but showed better inhibition effects to Fusarium species. It indicated better development and utilization of this natural medicine.
