摘 要:[目的]研究影响污泥活性炭性能的因素。[方法]以污水处理厂未消化脱水污泥为原料,采用氯化锌炭化活化法制备了污泥活性炭,选取氯化锌浓度、活化温度、活化时间、液固比为影响因素,以碘值和亚甲基蓝作为评价指标,通过正交实验确定了活性炭的最佳制备条件;分析了各影响因素对活性炭性能的影响程度。[结果]若以碘吸附值作为评价指标,最佳水平组合为活化剂浓度3 mol/L、活化温度450℃、活化时间30 min、液固比为1.5∶1,污泥活性炭碘值为358.68 mg/g;若以亚甲基蓝吸附值作为评价指标,最佳水平组合为活化剂浓度4 mol/L、活化温度550℃、活化时间90 min、液固比为1.5∶1,污泥活性炭亚甲基蓝吸附值为45.9 mg/g。[结论]各影响因素对活性炭性能的影响为:活化温度>活化时间>活化剂浓度>液固比。通过电镜分析活性炭孔结构,污泥活性炭以过渡孔为主。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the factors influencing the property of the sewage sludge-based activated carbons. [ Method ] The activated carbon was prepared from sewage sludge by carbonization and activation with zinc chloride ( ZnCl2 ) as activating agent. With the zinc chloride concentration, activation temperature, activation time and liquid-solid ratio as the influencing factors, and the adsorption capacity of methylene blue and Iodine as the evaluation index, the optimum preparation conditions were determined by orthogonal test and the influence of each influencing factor on the property of activated carbon was analyzed. [ Result] With the adsorption capacity of iodine as the evaluation index, the preparation parameters were obtained as follows: the activator concentration was 3 mol/1, the activation temperature was 450 ℃ , activation time was 30 minutes, liquid-solid ratio 1.5:1, and the iodine value is 358.68 mg/g ; with the adsorption capacity of iodine as the evaluation index, the optimal preparation parameters were as follows : 4 mol/L of activator concentration, 550 ℃ of activation temperature, 90 minutes of activation time, 1.5:1 of liquid-solid ratio, under which the adsorption value of methylene blue was 45.9 mg/g. [ Conclusion ] The effects of various factors on properties of activated carbon decreased in the following order : activation time 〉 activation time 〉 activator concentrations 〉 liquid -solid ratio. As analyzed by SEM, the sewage sludge-based activated carbons were mainly mesoporous in nature.
