升流式厌氧污泥床工艺处理木薯酒精废水研究

摘  要:[目的]为科学利用木薯酒精提供参考。[方法]采用升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)工艺处理木薯酒精废水,对污泥驯化阶段挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)和碱度(ALK)的变化进行研究。[结果]整个驯化阶段,出水pH值在7.0~7.3,VFA随着进样负荷的增大而增大,从开始的162mg/L上升到780mg/L。虽然VFA浓度增加,但UASB反应体系并没有出现酸化,主要是反应体系的ALK也随着变化,有较高的ALK,其值从915mg/L升高到6157mg/L,并且VFA/ALK的值维持在0.1~0.3,同时COD的去除率也稳定在90%左右。说明VFA、ALK的值虽然变化,但只要其使系统的pH值稳定,整个UASB厌氧处理系统能较好地运行。[结论]升流式厌氧污泥床工艺可用于处理木薯酒精废水。[ Objective] The reference for the scientific use of the alcohol from cassava was provided through the research. [ Method] The change of the volatile fatty aeid(VFA) and alkalinity(ALK) of the wastewater from the cassava alcohol-process was studied in its domestica- tion period while the technology of anaerobic up-flowing sludge bed(UASB) was adopted. [Results] Throughout the domestication period, the pH value of the effluent was 7.0 -7.3 ; the VFA was increasing as the sample' s loading, which was raised from 162 mg/L at the initial time to 780 mg/L. The acidification in the reaction system of UASB did not appear although the concentration of VFA increased, which mainly indicated that the ALK was also changed with the variation of the reaction system, and the value of ALK was high, which varied from 915mg/L at initial time to 6 157 mg/L. And the ratio of VFA/ALK value was maintained in the range from 0.1 to 0.3, and meanwhile, the removal rate of COD was also stabilized at the level of about 90%. As long as there was a stable pH value in the system, the system of UASB anaerobic treatment could be well tun even though the value of VFA and ALK had been in change. [ Conclusion] The technology of anaerobic up-flowing sludge bed lnight be used in the treatment of the wastewater front cassava ethanol-prucessing.
