摘 要:大丰港和黄沙港分别为地处盐城的重要交通运输港口和国家中心渔港,周边分别以工业和水产养殖业为主,通过观测2港口水体总磷(即)和亚硝酸盐氮(NO2-N)含量的周年变化,初步评价其富营养化程度,并分析了工业和水产养殖业对港口水体即和NO2-N含量的影响。结果显示,大丰港和黄沙港水体TP含量分别为(0.150±0.183)和(0.145±0.112)mg/L,大丰港和黄沙港水体TP含量在水温较低的冬季和春季含量较高,12月份达到最大值,而夏季和秋季含量较低,且变化幅度较小,大丰港冬季和春季水体即含量高于黄沙港,夏季和秋季则低于黄沙港;大丰港和黄沙港水体NO2-N含量分别为(0.027±0.032)和(0.04±0.050)mg/L,大丰港和黄沙港水体NO2-N含量在9~12月份较高,11月份达到最大值,1~8月份含量较低,黄沙港水体终年NO2-N含量均高于大丰港。Dafeng port and huangsha Port, as a main transportation port and central fishing port,is surrounded mainly by industry enterprise and aquaculture farms. In order to estimate the eutrophication of the two ports and investigate the effect of industry and aquaculture on the water quantity, the annual variation of the concentration of total phosphorus (TP) and nitrite-nitrogen in Dafeng port and Huangsha port were meas- ured with molybdenum blues colorimetry and naphthyl ethylenediamine colorimetry, respectively. The results showed that TP level in Dafeng port and Huangsha port was (0.035 - 0. 688 ) and ( 0.051 - 0.490) mg/L with the mean of ( 0.150 ± 0.183 ) and (0.145 ± 0.112 ) rag/L, respectively. TP level in Dafeng port and Huangsha port was higher in winter and spring than in summer and autumn, and it reached the maximum in December. TP level in winter and spring was higher in Dafeng port than in Huangsha port while, it was on the opposite in summer and autumn. The nitrite-nitrogen level in Dafeng port and Huangsha port was 0. 003 - 0. 124 mg/L and 0. 008 - 0. 186 mg/L with the mean of (0. 027 ± 0. 032) and (0. 044± 0.05 )mg/L, respectively. The nitrite-nitrogen level during September to December was higher than during January to August, and the maximum appeared in November. The nitrite-nitrogen level in Huangsha port was higher than Dafeng port through the year.
