摘 要:[目的]探讨淡水养殖珍珠对常德市水体主要水质因子的影响。[方法]选取4个珍珠池塘养殖水面进行跟踪调查研究,对水体中的透明度、pH值、溶解氧、总氮、总磷、化学耗氧量、生化需氧量等水质因子进行测定。[结果]5~9月是三角帆蚌的快速生长时期,随着其生命活动增强,可使水体透明度增加,其增加幅度达96.4%,使水体中总氮、总磷、化学耗氧量、生化需氧量含量明显下降,分别下降67.2%、67.2%、40.3%和24.6%。[结论]淡水养殖珍珠可明显起到了控制水体富营养化的作用。[ Objective ] To explore the effects of culturing pearl on the main water quality parameters in fresh water in Changde city. [ Method] A total of four pools which culturing pearl of Changde city were selected, and the main water quality parameters of SD, pH value, DO, T- N, T-P, COD and BOD5 were studied. [ Result] The SD was raised and the T-N, T-P, COD and BOD5 were reduced respectively by 67.2% , 67.2%, 40.3% and 24.6% during May through September. [ Conclusion] Culturing pearl with Hyriopsis cumingii in fresh water is promising for improving the water, especially for the controlling of eutrophication.
