摘　　要：回顾了真藓科植物经典分类及其分子系统学研究进展,根据基因组的结构特性,选择适用于不同分类阶元的基因及内含子或基因间隔区DNA序列,并开展多基因联合分析,再结合形态学研究提供的系统发育的信息证据,以期最终合理解释真藓科的系统发育规律。The research progress on the classical classification of Bryaceae plants and it’s molecular systematics were reviewed.Based on structural characteristics of genome,gene and intron what suitable for different taxonomic categories or gene interval section DNA sequence were chose,polygenes conjoint analysis was carried out,and combined with the information evidence of phylogeny provided by morphological research,so as to explain the phylogeny law of Bryaceae reasonably at last.
