摘  要:[目的]探明四溴双酚A(TBBPA)在固液表面的吸附解吸特征。[方法]采集巢湖表层012 cm沉积物,去掉碎石和植物残渣后分别制备表层沉积物、添加腐植酸沉积物和矿物组沉积物样品,研究不同样品对0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0、10.0 mg/LTBBPA的吸附与解吸情况。[结果]TBBPA的吸附等温线可用Freundlich和Lanngmuir模型进行很好的拟合。表层沉积物对TBBPA的吸附能力最强,其次为有机质含量10%的腐植酸组。TBBPA在各组样品中均以单分子平躺于沉积物上,而不能嵌入矿物的晶格中。在0.1-1.0 mg/L范围内,3组样品TBBPA物理萃取吸附与表观吸附量的比值分别为:表层沉积物0.85,腐植酸沉积物1.61,矿物组沉积物1.06;而在2.0-10.0 mg/L范围内,该比值分别为0.40、0.47、0.34。[结论]低浓度时巢湖沉积物对TBBPA的吸附以化学吸附为主,而高浓度时以物理吸附为主。[Objective] The aim was to find out the adsorption and desorption characters of Tetrabrombisphinol A(TBBPA) on solid-liquid surface.[Method] The sediments was collected from surface layer of 012 cm in Chao Lake,after the crushed stone and plant residue were eliminated,the surface sediments sample,humic acid-supplemented sediments sample and mineral sediments sample were prepared resp.for studying the adsorption and desorption of different samples to 0.1,0.5,1.0,2.0,5.0 and 10.0 mg/L TBBPA.[Result] The adsorption isotherm of TBBPA could be fitted very well with Freundlich and Lanngmuir models.The adsorption capacity of surface sediments to TBBPA was highest and the second was humic acid group with 10% organic matter.In the samples of each group,TBBPA levelly lied on sediments in monomolecular type,but could not insert into the crystal lattice of mineral.In the range of 0.1-1.0 mg/L,the ratios of physico-extraction adsorption to apparent adsorption quantity on TBBPA of surface sediments sample,humic acid-supplemented sediments sample and mineral sediments sample were 0.85,1.61 and 1.06 resp.,but in the range of 2.0-10.0 mg/L,these ratios were 0.40,0.47 and 0.34 resp.[Conclusion] The main adsorption of sediments in Chao Lake to TBBPA at low concn.was chemical adsorption and that of sediments in Chao Lake to TBBPA at high concn.was physical adsorption.
