摘　　要：本文介绍了科研院所科研管理及项目监控系统的设计方案,阐述了系统的设计思路、原则、逻辑结构、开发环境、模块组成等部分关键技术。系统安全先进,具有一定的通用性,适用综合性科研院所。This pager introduces the designs of research management and project monitoring system used in research institutes,and presents the design ideas,principles,logical structure,development environment and modules which are the key technologies of this system.Since taking the advantages of advanced security and versatility,it is very suitable for research institutes.
